As a consultant to The Pizzuti Company, we provided site/civil engineering services, including topographic and boundary surveys, master site planning, stormwater and utilities design, final plat, and construction administration. This also included managing permitting processes for the City of Orlando, St. Johns River Water Management District, Orlando Utilities Commission, and the Florida Department of Transportation. In addition, we provided construction level survey services for stakeout of the building corners and as-builts for various final certifications.
