Enhancing a Historic Florida Campus

We performed site layout and design for seven new dorms, adding 320 beds and a clubhouse to the campus.

Development was a challenge since each project's construction had to be finished during the summer breaks.

During construction, we provided construction administration services, providing immediate response to contractor and construction issues.

Stetson University's beautiful 165-acre DeLand campus continues to develop as the university upgrades its historic facilities and improves learning opportunities for its students. Located in downtown DeLand, Florida, the picturesque campus is dominated by historic live oak trees and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Our professionals have supported the university's capital plan for almost a decade, providing civil engineering, surveying, and landscape architecture design services while overseeing permitting and construction of multiple campus projects.
